Recording of interesting debate between Melton Borough Council (with their legal counsel) and the various Neighbourhood Plan groups on 11th September 2017 covering interaction between Melton Local Plan and each local Neighbourhood Plan (2h 30m)...
MBC provided no audio assistance on the evening and although they initially stated that a meeting recording would be made available they subsequently stated it wasn't recorded - they have also stated no Minutes will be provided --- Do we think that MBC are not being transparent and cooperative?
